Suddenly in Command

Suddenly In Command

This course is FREE and is for spouses and passengers who like to go boating but don't know how to operate a boat or what to do in an emergency.  This is a class for the spouse, children and other passengers on your boat. Topics will include boating emergencies and how to respond to them; safety equipment and it’s use; and risk management. If your captain is disabled would you know what to do? Come to this class and be better prepared for on the water emergencies. Gain more confidence in boating with this very informative course.

 

Remind your friends and family that the Coast Guard Auxiliary does FREE Vessel Safety Checks at their ramp, home, dock or wherever they keep their boats. Upon passing, the boat owner will receive a decorative decal to place on their boat.  Don't wait until an emergency to learn what equipment you should have on your boat.
